The Indiana Democratic Party State Convention will be held Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The night before will be the IDP Hoosier Hospitality Dinner also at the Indiana Convention Center. Those interested in becoming a state convention delegate for Allen County should file a CAN-37 (download link is below) with the Allen County Election Board at 1 E Main St, Fort Wayne, IN. Filing opens on January 5th and deadline to file is February 4th at noon.
The State Convention is where delegates get to vote on the party platform, offer resolutions, and nominate our candidates for Secretary of State, State Auditor, and State Treasurer. Delegates will also attend a congressional district meeting, hear from candidates, meet other democrats from around the state, and have the chance to attend constituency caucus meetings.
